Darwin Finds Freedom – my first picture book is published!

Darwin Finds Freedom is the story of a mouse named Darwin. Forced to flee, Darwin searches for the Free Mice from Grandfather’s stories. If they exist, will they accept a scaredy-mouse like him? Will the King of all Creatures give him the courage he needs?

The thought of going outside made his nose twitch and his ears quiver and his legs tremble. I could slip into the river and get carried over a waterfall, or a boulder could land on my head.
