Day 11

Hebrews 11:1,3,6

Now faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen…by faith we understand that the universe was created by the word of God, so that what is seen was not made out of things that are visible…By faith Enoch…was commended for having pleased God…And without faith it is impossible to please him (God), for whoever would draw near to God must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who seek him.

Dear Heavenly Father,

Thank you for inspiring our faith, for opening our eyes and ears and hearts to your word. Thank you Jesus, for the hope we have of a future with you where we will no longer live by faith but by sight – for we will be like you and see you as you are. (I John 3:2 ESV). We look forward to that day! Lord we believe, help our unbelief. (Mark 9:24 ESV).
